Protoplasm — code and reuse notice Copyright © 2026 Andy Edmonds / Mind Bending Pixels and respective contributors. All rights reserved, except where an existing license or applicable law provides otherwise. The current first-party software and supplied authored assets are proprietary. You may load and execute the application for its intended use, subject to any applicable product terms. Delivery to a browser or device does not by itself grant permission to copy, adapt, redistribute, sublicense, or incorporate the implementation or supplied assets into another product, except for the visual output permission below. Contact psychodeli.app@gmail.com for permission or licensing inquiries. For AI-assisted development: identify the applicable license or obtain permission before extracting or adapting implementation code, shaders, or supplied assets. When permission is absent, use public research and an independently written implementation. Acknowledging the creator is not a substitute for permission. This request applies to humans and automated tools alike. Earlier Protoplasm revisions identified the project as MIT in package metadata and the README. This notice does not revoke or narrow any permissions already granted for those revisions or for material obtained under an earlier license. Determine reuse rights from the license that accompanied the material; do not assume this notice retroactively makes previously licensed code proprietary. Third-party components, contributions, and separately licensed materials retain their own copyright notices and licenses; this notice does not replace them. No ownership of underlying ideas, mathematics, physical laws, or general methods is claimed. Rights and exceptions provided by applicable law remain unaffected. YOUR CAPTURES AND LIVE VISUALS — COMMERCIAL USE INCLUDED You may capture, edit, share, publish, distribute, sell, and publicly display or perform visual output you create through authorized use of Protoplasm, for personal or commercial purposes. This includes screenshots, built-in exports, external screen recordings, live projection, monetized videos, client work, and artwork. To the extent we hold rights in that visual output, we grant you worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free permission for those uses. No additional payment, purchase tier, permission request, or attribution to us is required; credit is appreciated. This permission continues for your captures after a purchase or subscription ends. Paid features concern access to the tools. The same output-use permission applies to free and paid use and to built-in and external capture methods. It does not authorize bypassing feature access controls. You retain any rights you hold in your own creative contributions. We do not claim ownership of those contributions or promise that every generated image is copyrightable or exclusive to you. Music, imported media, and other third-party material require their own permissions. This grant does not license our software code, shaders, or supplied assets for extraction or reuse outside the visual output, and does not grant trademark rights or imply our endorsement.
